Michael T. Beason
Michael T. Beason is an experienced trial attorney who practices in a variety of areas including family law and criminal defense. He served as an assistant district attorney (prosecutor), as the city attorney for the towns of Altus, Lone Wolf, Mountain Park and Medicine Park, and as general counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE).
Mr. Beason has practiced law for 25 years and is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. He is also admitted in all Oklahoma federal district courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Beason previously served as the Jackson County Bar President, vice president and president of the board for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Jackson County, and as a councilman for the City of Altus.
